Core Joining Paste

Core joining paste is a special type of adhesive used for joining cores and molds.

Core Repairing Compound

Forcil CT is a water based paste for Core repairing compound. Forcil CT acts as a sealing compound for Foundry applications. Being based on high quality refractory material, it exhibits excellent performance at high temperatures and it evolves minimum gas.

Collapsible Agent for Silicate

Fornock C is a reddish brown solution formulated to work as a breakdown agent for mould and cores made by sodium silicate.

Forseal RC is a refractory and plasticizer base sealing compound for foundry application. It gives flawless sealing of the parting line.

Surface Hardner for Green Sand Mould

Forseal M is a moderately dark colored liquid formulated for Foundry applications to increase surface hardness and to protect the surface from atmospheric degradation of moulds made of Green Sand. It is also used on No-bake Moulds/Cores in rare cases.

Additive for Thermal Reclamation of Alkaline Phenolic no Bake Resins

Foreth 100 is the additive for the thermal reclamation of APNB bonded sand. The additive is slurry form is injection into thermal reclamation chamber where it comes in contact with broken sand particles in fluidized bed.

Silicon Carbide Foam Filter

SiC foam filter help to enhance quality of castings and reduce cost. SiC filter is designed for filtering ductile iron, grey iron and copper alloy castings. It simplifies pouring system and increase the ratio of the mould.

Zirconia Foam Filters From Drache, Germany

The world’s largest manufacturers of Zirconia Foam Filters for molten metal filtration. It reduces the risk of erosion and minimizes the re-oxidations of metals. Zirconia filters removes both big and small inclusions.

Ceramic Sand – Replacement of Chromite Sand with Ceramic Sand

Ceramic sand reduces the consumption by 40 % due to lower specific gravity or bulk density. It prevents the sand expansion defects, metal penetration, reduces core weight and improves the flowability of moulding sand.  

Chromite Sand

Forace is providing various grain sizes suiting customer’s applications. In areas where high refractoriness is needed and silica is not able to withstand the metal temperature. Chromite sand avoid Sand expansion defect due to high rate of expansion in Silica.

Forace is providing the best sand additive for No-Bake Moulds and Cores, Resin Coated Shell Sand and Cold box. SphereOX maintains tensile strengths while significantly reducing amount of resin (Cost savings from 17-34% can be expected). SphereOX is the cost effective additive which used to eliminates Veins, penetration, pinholes, Burn-in and Lustrous Carbon defects. SphereOX improves quality and lowers scrap for gas and penetration.   

Furnance & Refractory Cleaning Fluxes of ASI International, USA, Redux EF 40L

Redux is used to eliminate the slag build up on the ladle and furnace walls. Redux is used as a cleansing flux for all type of Electric Furnace and Ladles for Iron and Steel. Redux is an Eco-Friendly and non-fluorine based and gives long life of Refractories. Redux is available in Briquette and Powder form.

Anti-Veining additive are powered sand additives specifically developed to eliminate expansion defects caused by silica sand and eliminate veining in most severe cases. Anti-Veining Sand additives increases flowability of mixed sand improving core definition.

Winfix is a class leading core adhesive for the fast and efficient assembly and repair of cores. Setting time is approximately 7 minutes – 15 minutes.

High Density Sleeves are required for making precision castings and for achieving high yield of molten metal. They are highly exothermic, with a fast primer and a long reaction time.
