Zircon Based

Zircon Spirit Based

Forace Zircon spirit based coating is a high density alcohol based zircon coating for foundry applications for heavy to medium steel castings. It has an excellent suspension characteristic which enables good application by brushing, spraying and flooding. Zircon spirit base coating ensures a dense coating layer and thus an excellent protection against metal mold reaction and metal penetration. It has a high degree of flowability ensuring uniform coverage of the coated molds and cores.

Zircon Water Based

Forace Zircon water based coating based on high quality Zircon, it imparts excellent thixotropic properties resulting in stable suspension characteristics and exhibits excellent performance at high temperatures. High solid level ensure fast drying. Clean and smooth surface finish of casting is obtained by using this product in moulds and cores.

Zircon Graphite Water Based

Forace Zircon Graphite water based coating based on high quality Zircon and Graphite mixed refractory, it imparts low reactivity to metal oxides and excellent performance at high temperatures. Clean and smooth surface finish of casting is obtained when the product is used on Moulds and Cores.

Zircon-Graphite Spirit Based

Forace Zircon Graphite spirit based coating in ready-for-use form for foundry applications. Being based on zircon graphite mix refractory combination, it imparts low reactivity to metal oxides and excellent performance at high temperatures. Clean and smooth surface finish of casting is obtained when the product is used on moulds and cores.

New Generation Coating for Replacing Zircon Coating (Forcoat 216 Thinner Based and Forcoat 116 Water Based)

Forace Forcoat 216 and Forcoat 116 series of coatings are New Generation coatings specially formulated with High Temperature bearing Refractory material which gives excellent surface finish and reduction in defects.

The performance is better than traditional zircon coatings at much economical cost.

Alumino-Silicate Mix Refractory

Alumino-Silicate Mix Refractory Spirit Based

Forace Alumino-Silica Mix refractory is a Ready-For-Use dressing with aliphatic alcohol as thinner and high quality alumina silicate and iron oxide as the refractory material designed for Foundry applications for Iron Castings which ensures smooth finish free from sand fusion, metal penetration and other surface defects.

Magnesite Spirit Coating

Forace Magnesite Spirit based coating is a solvent-based Ready-For-Use magnesite coating for foundry applications specially developed for preventing metal/mould reaction in castings of manganese steel.

Tellurium Based

Forcoat 154 is a tellurium based coating suitable to use direct on mold and core surface to avoid shrinkage and to improve mechanical properties of casting.

Coating for Lost Foam Process

Forcoat TP is for lost foam process. It is a water based coating specially developed for the application on thermocol pattern. It helps to improve the surface finish and maintain dimensional consistency of all iron grades and aluminum casting.

Coating for Metal Chills, Forcoat 907

Forcoat 907 is a special coating to use over metal chill provided in mold to avoid shrinkage in casting.   

Sulphur Block coating, Forcoat 111 S

Forace Sulphur Block coating is used to remove Sulphur related defects in castings.

Centrifugal Casting Coating (Automotive Liners), Forcoat 1425

Forace coating for Centrifugal Castings is a high performance coating for centrifugal casings. Forcoat 1425 helps to maintain the desired metallography structure of the liners.

Powder Coatings

Forace Powder Coating helps to decrease the cost, material wastage and help with the environment compliance.

Anti-Piping Compound, Forflux APC

Forace Forflux APC is a powder form exothermic cum insulating anti-piping compound. It is recommended for Cast Iron, SG Iron and Steel Casting. Forflux APC ignition and exothermic action keeps riser molten to ensure efficient feeding.
